Hatha Yoga Balance Body and Mind

Come and join us for a one hour Hatha Yoga class led by our certified Yoga instructor. This type of Yoga is slow paced and ideal for helping to recover from injury, illness or stress.

Hatha Yoga helps bring the body back to health, reduce stress and find a more blissful state. Hatha yoga aims to balance mind and body via physical postures or "asanas", purification practices, controlled breathing, and the calming of the mind through relaxation and meditation. Asanas teach poise, balance and strength and are practiced to improve the body's physical health and clear the mind in preparation for meditation.

Sessions run on Tuesdays and Thursday evenings, and booking is essential.
